Sujo Plast has over 25 + years of experience in tool and mould making. Today We have specialized tool room machines like VMC, Die sinking EDM, Surface grinding machines etc.
Our mould development team will design the injection mould and upon approval from the customer, the mould will be moved for manufacturing. The lead time from mould design to mass production is 30 to 45 days depending on the part complexity.

All our customer moulds and tools can be maintained and serviced in our own tool room. Mould history records are maintained actively, and the mould preventive maintenance is conducted based on it.
