In order to meet our customer’s quality requirements, We employ a set of inspection routines like incoming inspection, in-process inspection and pre-dispatch inspection. CTQ (Critical To Quality) dimensions are identified and inspected regularly.
SUPPLY-CHAIN CAPABILITY
We have a well experienced team who help us partner with both overseas and domestic suppliers to procure quality products in the stipulated time period. We also strive to meet all our customer’s compliance and requirements like dealing with the approved suppliers, meeting the set quality standards and delivery schedule etc.
TOOL ROOM CAPABILITY
At Sujo Plast, We have over 25 years of experience in die and tool making. We assist the customer from prototyping to injection mould making to mass production. Our well-equipped tool room perfectly compliments our continuous production by reducing downtime caused be mould repair and maintenance.
